By accessing, registering, or using any part of the kp68 platform at kp68.org (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the kp68 Privacy Policy and any additional rules published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms apply to all services offered by kp68, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all associated payment functions.
If you access the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that third party to these Terms, and you accept personal liability for any breach by that party.
Use of the kp68 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Each individual may hold only one (1) kp68 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances, with the exception of verified net deposits, which may be returned at kp68's discretion following investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. kp68 may require documentary verification of any or all of these details at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp68 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. kp68 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
kp68 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any person at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
All transactions on kp68 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. kp68 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, and UnionPay. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the kp68 cashier section at the time of transaction.
Deposits are credited to your kp68 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kp68 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, network congestion, or your bank's processing times.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in your own name. kp68 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before approving any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier section; kp68 targets same-day processing for PKR wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) during business hours but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
kp68 reserves the right to reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects was made fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held pending investigation.
All bets placed on kp68 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game, which are published in the respective product sections of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these Terms, the specific product rules shall prevail.
kp68 reserves the right to void any bet at any time where: (a) there is evidence of manipulation or match-fixing; (b) a bet was accepted in error (including erroneous odds caused by a technical fault); (c) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) the underlying event has been suspended, abandoned, or determined void under the applicable rules. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your kp68 wallet.
Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. kp68 may change these limits at any time without prior notice.
kp68 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible product restrictions, which will be published alongside the relevant offer.
Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering terms. Attempting to abuse, circumvent, or exploit any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — constitutes a breach of these Terms. kp68 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void related winnings, and close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kp68 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:
kp68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered users with access to the following self-management tools, available at no charge within your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, kp68 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool, which prevents access to your account for a period of your choosing. You may also contact kp68 support to request a manual exclusion. kp68 will not send promotional communications to any player who is under a self-exclusion order.
By using kp68, you confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order and that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose. Gambling is not a solution to financial difficulties.
All content on the kp68 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and game assets, is the property of kp68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kp68.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failures.
kp68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kp68 account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kp68's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
kp68 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the kp68 Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data kp68 collects, how it is used, how it is protected, and your rights in relation to that data.
kp68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kp68 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered users via email or in-account notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as recognised by the jurisdiction under which kp68 holds its operating authorisation. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through kp68's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as specified in kp68's licensing conditions. kp68 will provide details of the applicable ADR entity upon request.
